From high school in NYC, to college at MIT and then as an aerospace engineer for 20 years, the tech side of things has always appealed to me - new ideas bring out imagination, irreverence, late night caffeinated efforts and passion to achieve.
But while I relished creating hardware, I saw how difficult it was for others to see how slick my projects looked.
So I started photographing my own engineering projects to capture how cool they were. Later, other senior engineers asked me to capture their people and hardware.
Since founding Be Good Event Photography and becoming a full-time, PPA certified professional photographer, I continue to show the emotion, effort and humor people put into their engineering, business and education projects.
I also teach photography in several locations to share my delight...and maybe pass along my nerdiness.
